01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and hengongbet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. hengongbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

03 Account Management

Each Member may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using aliases, family members' details, or third-party information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any pending bets or withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. hengongbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your login details secure.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the hengongbet Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. We support a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful payment confirmation. Processing times vary by payment method.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

General bonus conditions applicable to all hengongbet promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• hengongbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other Members — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

06 Betting Rules & Gameplay

hengongbet offers a broad range of wagering products, including live sports betting, mix parlay, live baccarat, online slots, and other casino games. Each product category is governed by its own specific betting rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet or joining a game, you agree to abide by those product-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

General gameplay conditions include:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. hengongbet will not reverse, amend, or cancel a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a clear and demonstrable system error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a live game or bet settlement, hengongbet will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. The Company's decision in such cases is final.
• Odds, lines, and payouts are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• hengongbet reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed as a result of a manifest error, including pricing errors or errors in event data.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hengongbet Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software tool to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other Members or the Company.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any form of corrupt betting in relation to sporting events or casino games offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or facilitate any other criminal activity.

• Creating or using fictitious identities, or providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive conduct, or threatening behaviour toward hengongbet staff or other Members.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the hengongbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, game software, data compilations, and underlying code — is the property of hengongbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hengongbet.

13 Governing Law
